Broth
  1. Combine broth, coriander, marjoram, onion powder, celery seed, salt, paprika, worcestershire sauce and canola oil and set aside.
Soup
  1. In large pot, combine chopped squash, pears, potato, onion, and garlic. Add prepared broth and bring to a boil.
  2. When squash and potato are well cooked, transfer entire contents to a blender and puree in batches. Return soup to pot and add ginger, curry, butter, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and simmer on low for 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
